All JayCray products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by country)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically — check our store for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

International Orders
